He is an administrator, manager and engineer who has helped design and commission similar multi-functional factories in South East Asia, Fiji, Guyana, Kenya, Papua New Guinea and Somalia. He has vast experience in all three functions of the NQBE factory (sugar production, ethanol distilling and power generation) and for the past five years has been responsible for the operations of three South East Asian sugar factories with a combined annual throughput of 5.2 million tonnes of cane and an ethanol distilling capacity of 200,000 litres per day. He will head up the construction and operational phases of NQBE's state-of-the-art sugar facility and will take the project through the final design stage and then into operation.
